Commentary:

This book is an excellent guide for first-time parents. It is dedicated directly to men, but also women can learn from the pregnancy process if you have not yet had your first baby.In this book Benjamin Watson explains from the day he learns that he is going to be a father until after having his baby in his arms.It explains clearly everything that happens before, during and after the pregnancy of his wife, according to his experience.We women can know the feelings and behavior of our partner, what they think when they know they are going to be parents, How they feel when they know the sex of the baby.Wrote this book for the man who does not feel ready to be a father.It tells them how they can help, how they can be part of this beautiful moment. Lynne hartke tells us in this book his hard confrontation with cancer, as he enters taking everything, making him doubt the power and love of God.

Without putting that word out of his mind he kept himself in a battle with her constantly.
This book is an example that you must always strive to survive in the hard battles that make you face life. That we must be strong and leave everything in God's hands because he will take control in difficult times.

Facing the desert by itself, finding comfort in the words of God. Even their marriage was being affected.

But in spite of everything, he never stopped living.

Commentary:
As I mentioned in previous reviews, children's books we all learn even when we are adults. With this book I learned certain things that I did not know about some animals; Are things so simple that sometimes being adults is embarrassing to ask, but children are creative by nature.

This book is an excellent option if your children are curious, adventurous and animal lover and are full of questions about them, this book is for you. Helps you to give answers that you may not have or maybe do not know, explains with cheerful rhymes and illustrations some of the questions.

Is a colorful book with fantastic illustrations by Ailie Busby that will make your children's imagination fly.

REVIEW: Eleanor - Jason Gurley // Broadway Books.

Commentary:

This book I liked although there is a lot of pain in it, it talks about the loss of a mother, about the death of a child, about how a family is destroyed and how a girl of only 14 years tries to have a family again .
As she must cope with the death of her sister and see that her mother blames it for what happened. At the same time a strange personage Mea intervenes who is obsessed with our little protagonist Eleanor and seeks to contact her because something inside her says she knows her as well as her relatives.

It is a book that you do not want to take off until you finish it, it keeps you in suspense and every page that you want to read more and more until you discover what the hell is happening. You can feel the pain of each character, as they face him in their own way.

Can eleanor regain her family?
What does this strange character want with her?
What relationship have with her family?

Commentary
This book is a great choice if you want to sit and read with your children. Let them know why God made them and what their mission is in this world. Sometimes even being adults we do not know what our reason for being alive, this is not just for children is for adults too. I felt special when I read this book because I had not seen it this way and I felt grateful to God. At some point we need someone to tell us how special we are and this book did it.

Congratulations to Matthew Turner on this incredible book and to David Catrow for his colorful and vibrant illustrations.

Este libro es el primero de los cinco libros que componen el Ciclo de Piratas del Caribe el cual esta desarrollado en los tiempos en que los españoles colonizaban y se apoderaban de ameica. Pero este se lleva una sorpresa cuando en uno de los ataques a una nave española encuentra a la más hermosa chica y de la cual se enamora perdidamente...

"En la proa del barco español  había visto una forma blanca, apoyada en el cabrestante. Era la joven flamenca, envuelta en una larga bata blanca, con los rubios cabellos sueltos sobre los hombros en  un gracioso desorden, agitados por la brisa marina. Tenía la cabeza vuelta hacia la nave corsaria, y los ojos fijos en la popa, o, mejor dicho, en el Corsario Negro. estaba completamente inmóvil, con la barbilla apoyada en las manos, en un ademán meditabundo.
El Corsario Negro no había hecho ningún gesto, ni siquiera a manera de saludo. Cogido con ambas manos a la borda, como si temiese que le arrancaran de allí, tenía los ojos clavados en los de la joven. fascinado por aquella mirada parecía que ni siquiera respirase. " 

Aquella joven flamenca esconde un secreto que podría destruir al corsario e interferir en la venganza que este se trazaba.

                                                                <Magnifica obra>
No tengo nada negativo que hablar de este libro. Me  ha encantado y espero poder encontrar los otros 4 libros que le continúan. Es una magnifica narración hecha por Emilio Salgari en la cual puedes leerla sin cansarte. Describe unas increíble batallas que creí ser imposibles de escribir; Porque una cosa es lo que el escritor tenga la imagen en su cabeza y otra es poder describir aquella imagen para que el lector pueda comprender claramente lo que sucede. Hay una escena en que se libra una batalla entre un jaguar y un cocodrilo que quedé fascinada por como ha sido descrita.

Increíble forma que describe el ambiente donde se desarrolla cada escena de la historia, habla de diversos arboles y animales que abundaban en los bosques vírgenes de Venezuela. En conclusión es un libro del que aprendes ciertas cosas (yo desconocía cierta existencia de algunos arboles y sobre barcos), que te harán tomar tu celular o computadora para investigar.


"La luz de la luna le permitió divisar claramente -a popa, junto al timón-, la negra figura  del Corsario, con la larga pluma del sombrero ondeando al soplo de la brisa nocturna. Estaba inmóvil, con un pie apoyado en la borda, la mano izquierda en la empuñadura de su formidable espada y la derecha en la cintura, los ojos fijos en la proa de la nave española.
-¡Mirale! -murmuró la joven, inclinándose hacia la mulata que la había seguido-. ¡Es él! ¡El tenebroso caballero de ultramar!... ¡Que hombre tan extraño!"

Comentario:
Linda a pesar de ser una persona afortunada, se encuentra con lo que toda pareja le teme <<La Monotonía>>  Siente que sus días se repiten uno tras otro; despertar a los niños, hacer el desayuno, leer el periódico, ir al trabajo, regresar a la casa, hacer la cena, acostar a los niños y dormir. Falta de emociones y aventuras cree que debería hacerle una visita a un psicólogo, pero al mismo tiempo no quiere hacerse adicta a pastillas como su solución. Un día de trabajo como cualquiera se reencuentra con su ex-novio de la secundaria y encuentra en él un reto, nuevas emociones y peligros que le enciende aquella chispa que se había apagado con el paso de los años.

<<Es interesante luchar por un amor no correspondido.>>

Linda es un personaje interesante, lleva una lucha interior entre su actitud de madre y buena esposa contra  su instinto de mujer. Esta chica saca su lado rebelde con el propósito de tener una aventura con su ex, aunque tenga que desbaratar su matrimonio e incluso su propio hogar; su obsesión es tanta que hasta piensa en destruir la moral de otros solo por lograr su objetivo.

Este libro tiene varias frases y citaciones que te harán pensar (algo que caracteriza a su autor), pero hay dos cosas que no me llegaron a gustar en su narración. La primera fue la reacción de Linda al rechazo de Jacob, yo me quedé (...) en blanco. No sabría como explicarlo, pero faltó algo ahí una bofetada, rabia, etc. Algo más o menos así, algunas mujeres reaccionamos así cuando algo no sale a nuestro modo. La otra cosa que no me gusto fue el final (...) fue solo un discurso de por lo menos 10 hojas como mínimo; tal vez sea una mala lectora o no sé, pero cuando un solo persona habla tanto haciendo un pensamiento, podría decirse que filosófico; donde se contradice, se corrige, etc. No llego a entender absolutamente NADA. Esperaba un final más sorprendente que un discurso y entiendo como que el mensaje del libro es "Comete el fallo y luego piensa". A pesar de eso, el libro es fácil de leer; te llega a atrapar ya que es un tema real por el cual muchas parejas suelen pasar y pueden llegar a identificarse con él.
